Vision:
The Georgia State Council will continue to be an asset to our church, our community, and our military.
We strive to attract Catholic men. Men who will grow into leadership positions within the Order and the
church; men who will continue to grow within their Catholic faith, strengthen family values, and provide
competitive programs for our church and community.
The Georgia Knights of Columbus will continue to be a leader among the other jurisdictions within the
Order. We will strive to grow our membership and attain membership goals while providing worthwhile programs
for our brothers to participate in.
The Gift of membership will be offered to all Catholic men who are at least 18 years of age. We believe
the Gift of membership will help men become better husbands, better fathers, better Catholics, and just a better
person overall.
Goals:
• Offer membership to any Catholic man who is 18 years or older
• Recruit 1,200 new Knights
• Attain state wide charity contributions in excess of $200,000
• Hold a First Degree in every district every month
• Improve our retention of fellow Knights
• Establish two new councils
• Assist Councils to submit programs in church, community, council, youth, family, and pro-life
