| Meet our Board The Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc. Board is represented by seven leaders with various professional backgrounds. All are committed to Charity, all work to encourage support from our Georgia membership of over 18,000 knights, private businesses, corporations and individual donors. Please take a few minutes and look at their following bio’s. You may know one or more of them. You may want to contact one to renew an acquaintance or simply to make a donation. Ed O’Connor President, Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc. Ed has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 2006; he is Past Grand Knight for Council 12862 Newnan, GA. Ed also is a Former District Deputy covering five councils in Coweta and Fayette Counties. He has also served the state council as former State Program Director, past Church Director and Chairman of the RSVP program. The RSVP program coordinates both financial and moral support for young men and woman in formation for religious life. He is also the Charter Purser for his Fourth Degree assembly 3199. Ed is employed by Delta Airlines as a Sr. Coordinator for Repair Engines. He resides in Sharpsburg, GA and has 3 children and a grandson and granddaughter. |

John Cianfaglione Vice-President, Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc. After serving Council 9923 in multiple Officer capacities including a two-year term as Grand Knight, John went on to serve the State Council as Special Olympics Coordinator where he is currently serving in his tenth year. During his tenure as Special Olympics Coordinator he was able to consolidate the complete efforts of every Council in the State in order to elevate the Georgia Knights of Columbus from Civic Partners to Platinum State Partners thus bringing even more visibility to our efforts as Catholic gentlemen of Charity. John served as the Faithful Navigator of Assembly 3355 and as a District Deputy for District 15 for six years. In 2021 he also took on the role of Coordinator for the State Council Campaign for People with Intellectual Disabilities to coincide with his duties as Special Olympics Coordinator. John resides in Marietta with Yvette, his bride of 37 years. They have a daughter, Tessa who will be attending the University of Georgia School of Law in the Fall. |

Steve Brischler Treasurer, Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc. Steve has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 2006 and is a Past Grand Knight of Council 7923 in Lilburn, Georgia. Currently, Steve serves as the Treasurer of his Council. Steve is happily married to his wife Kathi for the past 41 years and has two grown daughters and four grandchildren. Steve resides in Lawrenceville and is a faithful parishioner of St. John Neumann Church in Lilburn. |

Ladd Rosipal State Advocate, Knights of Columbus of Georgia. Sir Knight Joseph Ladd Rosipal Jr is blessed to be married to his wife Renee for 28 years and has 2 children, Madison, and Stephen, and is actively involved in his home Parish of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Sir Joseph became a Knight on April of 2013 and serves the Father Charles J Kerscher Council # 10004 in Conyers, Georgia in numerous capacities and was elevated to Sir Knight of the Fourth Degree in 2014 with the St. Maximilian Kolbe Assembly #3085; serving in numerous Officers Roles and serves the Desoto Province as a District Marshal. He has also continued his dedication to the State of Georgia Knights of Columbus as having served in many program roles as well as District Deputy, and now serves as the State Advocate. |

TJ McCaustland Immediate Past State Deputy, Knights of Columbus of Georgia. T.J. McCaustland is a Hazardous Waste Permit Writer and Senior Compliance Manager for Clean Earth. T.J. has been with the company for more than 25 years and has instituted or expanded many pharmaceutical, quality, and waste programs. T.J. has planned operational flows and developed hundreds of SOPs. While work is important T.J. McCaustland’s identity is more in the Knights of Columbus. T.J. and Sherri McCaustland have raised two Sir Knights. The older Sir Knight Samuel James had provided Skyler, Oliver, and Charlotte to play with while the Younger Sir Knight Faithful Navigator Thaddeus is still attending school. T.J. and Sherri are active members of St. Augustine parish in Covington, Georgia where they are members of many parish ministries.

Tim Bair State Executive Secretary, Knights of Columbus of Georgia. Tim has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 1999. He is a member and Past Grand Knight for Council 8495 Grovetown, GA. He is a member and Past Faithful Navigator of Assembly 3493 Grovetown, GA. Tim is a Former District Deputy covering six councils in Richmond, Columbia, and McDuffie counties. |
