Meet our Board  

The Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc. Board is represented by seven leaders with various professional backgrounds.  All are committed to Charity, all work to encourage support from our Georgia membership of over 20,000 Knights, private businesses, corporations and individual donors.  Please take a few minutes and look at their following bio’s.  You may know one or more of them.  You may want to contact one to renew an acquaintance or simply to make a donation.  In any event, all board members would welcome your emails and be happy to answer any questions you may have.

John Cianfaglione, FDD

President, Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc.

After serving Council 9923 in multiple Officer capacities including a two-year term as Grand Knight, John went on to serve the State Council as Special Olympics Coordinator where he is currently serving in his tenth year. During his tenure as Special Olympics Coordinator he was able to consolidate the complete efforts of every Council in the State in order to elevate the Georgia Knights of Columbus from Civic Partners to Platinum State Partners thus bringing even more visibility to our efforts as Catholic gentlemen of Charity.

John served as the Faithful Navigator of Assembly 3355 and as a District Deputy for District 15 for six years. In 2021 he also took on the role of Coordinator for the State Council Campaign for People with Intellectual Disabilities to coincide with his duties as Special Olympics Coordinator.

John resides in Marietta with Yvette, his bride of 38 years. They have a daughter, Tessa who attends the University of Georgia School of Law.

Pat McMann, FDD

Vice-President, Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc.

Pat is a PGK of Islands Council 10579, which won the Star Council Award and the Georgia State Award for Family Programs. He is a Past Faithful Navigator and Former District Deputy. He was raised in New Jersey by Irish Immigrants who passed through Ellis Island. After graduating from West Point, as an

Infantry Officer, he had numerous assignments to include a company command with the 82d Airborne Div. His two daughters, Mary Caitlin and Erin, attended ST Peter's Catholic School in Savannah. Serviam!

Thomas Schuler, FDD

Secretary, Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc.

A Knight since 2003, Tom has been a member of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree teams. He served three terms as Grand Knight and has been a District Deputy serving District 15.  He has served as State Pennies for Heaven Chairman for more than 12 years and is the State Community Programs Director where he has been serving for three years.

Tom is a firm believer in our First Principle of Charity.

Tom and his wife of 37 years, Janet live in Acworth and attend St. Michael the Archangel in Woodstock where he is a proud member of Council 11768.

Steve Brischler

Treasurer, Knights of Columbus Charities of Georgia, Inc.

Steve has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 2006 and is a Past Grand Knight of Council 7923 in Lilburn, Georgia.  Currently, Steve serves as the Treasurer of his Council.  Steve is happily married to his wife Kathi for the past 41 years and has two grown daughters and four grandchildren.  Steve resides in Lawrenceville and is a faithful parishioner of St. John Neumann Church in Lilburn.

Ladd Rosipal

State Advocate, Knights of Columbus of Georgia.

Sir Knight Joseph Ladd Rosipal Jr is blessed to be married to his wife Renee for 28 years and has 2 children, Madison, and Stephen, and is actively involved in his home Parish of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Sir Joseph became a Knight on April of 2013 and serves the Father Charles J Kerscher Council # 10004 in Conyers, Georgia in numerous capacities and was elevated to Sir Knight of the Fourth Degree in 2014 with the St. Maximilian Kolbe Assembly #3085; serving in numerous Officers Roles and serves the Desoto Province as a District Marshal. He has also continued his dedication to the State of Georgia Knights of Columbus as having served in many program roles as well as District Deputy, and now serves as the State Advocate.

Tim Bair

State Executive Secretary, Knights of Columbus of Georgia.

Tim has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 1999. He is a member and Past Grand Knight for Council 8495 Grovetown, GA. He is a member and Past Faithful Navigator of Assembly 3493 Grovetown, GA. Tim is a Former District Deputy covering six councils in Richmond, Columbia, and McDuffie counties.

Tim currently serves the Georgia State Council as Ceremonials Director, Protocol Chairman, State Directory Updates Chairman, and Master of Ceremonies.
Tim is employed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions as a Software Engineer. 

Tim resides in Martinez, GA with his wife Terri. They have a son and a daughter; and enjoy nine grandchildren.
