Brother Knights,
It was great seeing many of you down at the State Convention a few weeks ago. Thank you again for the very kind recognition of my family as Family of the Year. It was truly humbling, and I’m grateful for the friendship and support of so many brother Knights across the state.
I've shared with many that I have been invited to sing the National Anthem at the Braves game on July 1st as a fundraiser benefitting the Blessed McGivney Military Chaplain Scholarship Fund. With just over a month left, we have many tickets still available from the Braves, and every unsold ticket is a missed opportunity to support the formation of Catholic military chaplains.
I'd invite you to share the link with your councils and assemblies as this can serve as a patriotic program to start the fraternal year off on the right foot (especially share with next year's officers)! Simply enter your council or assembly number in the comment field when purchasing tickets and we'll be sure to share credit on the proceeds donated to KCCG afterward.
